The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to high-performance anti-freezing concrete and a preparation method thereof. The product developed by the invention comprises cement, glass fiber short fibers accounting for 5-15% of the mass of the cement, and polymer resin accounting for 5-10% of the mass of the cement; nano silicon dioxide is adsorbed on the surfaces of the glass fiber short fibers; wherein the polymer resin is at least one of polymethyl vinyl ether, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyvinyl acetate, hydroxypropyl acrylate, a vinyl pyrrolidone copolymer, a segmented copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide); in addition, the glass fiber and the nano silicon dioxide are connected through a coupling agent; wherein at least part of molecular chains of the polymer resin are entangled on the nano silicon dioxide adsorbed on the surfaces of the glass fiber short fibers. The product obtained by the invention has excellent anti-freezing performance, and the anti-freezing performance can still be well maintained after multiple freezing and thawing cycles.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高性能抗冻混凝土及其制备方法。本发明研制的产品包括水泥,水泥质量5‑15%的玻璃纤维短纤,水泥质量5‑10%的高分子树脂;所述玻璃纤维短纤表面吸附有纳米二氧化硅;所述高分子树脂为聚甲基乙烯基醚、聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、羟丙级纤维素、聚乙烯醇‑醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚物、氧化乙烯和氧化丙烯的嵌段共聚物、聚N‑异丙基丙烯酰胺中的至少一种;另外,所述玻璃纤维和纳米二氧化硅通过偶联剂相连接;所述高分子树脂至少部分分子链缠结于所述玻璃纤维短纤表面吸附的纳米二氧化硅上。本发明所得产品具有优异的抗冻性能,且经多次冻融循环后,抗冻性能仍然可以得到良好的保持。
