The invention provides light-cured silicon dioxide ceramic slurry and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of functional ceramics. The light-cured silicon dioxide ceramic slurry is prepared by mixing modified silicon dioxide powder, acrylate, a diluent and a photoinitiator according to a mass ratio of 10-100: 1-60: 1-60: 1-6, the modified silicon dioxide powder isprepared by mixing silicon dioxide powder, a surface modifier and a dispersing agent according to the mass ratio of 10-80: 1-10: 1-6. The light-cured silicon dioxide ceramic slurry is prepared through vacuum stirring. The invention further provides application of the light-cured silicon dioxide ceramic slurry in preparation of silicon dioxide ceramic parts. The light-cured silicon dioxide slurryprovided by the invention is stable in performance and good in uniformity and dispersity. The silicon dioxide ceramic part prepared through the method is stable in mechanical property, and the preparation method is simple, short in consumed time and low in cost.
本发明提供了一种光固化二氧化硅陶瓷浆料及其制备方法与应用,属于功能陶瓷领域。本发明提供的光固化二氧化硅陶瓷浆料由改性二氧化硅粉末、丙烯酸酯、稀释剂、光引发剂按照质量比10‑100:1‑60:1‑60:1‑6混合制得;所述改性二氧化硅粉末由二氧化硅粉末、表面改性剂、分散剂按照质量比10‑80:1‑10:1‑6混合制得。通过真空搅拌,制备出了光固化二氧化硅陶瓷浆料。本发明还提供了光固化二氧化硅陶瓷浆料在制备二氧化硅陶瓷零件中的应用。本发明提供的光固化二氧化硅浆料性能稳定,均匀性和分散性好。采用本发明的方法制备的二氧化硅陶瓷零件力学性能稳定,且制备方法简单,耗时短,成本低。
