The rolling brush device capable of quickly dismounting and replacing the rolling brush is installed on a sweeping and sucking operation deviceand comprises a rolling brush shaft and a fixing ring, at least one semicircular rolling brush is installed on the rolling brush shaft, and the semicircular rolling brush is installed on the rolling brush shaft through the fixing ring. According to the rolling brush device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the rolling brush is fixed on the rolling brush shaft by adopting the separatedfixing ring to realize quick disassembly and assembly, and is matched with the locking fixing ring for use, so that the rolling brush is fixed on the rolling brush shaft more reliably and is not easyto fall off, and bristles are fixed by adopting a steel sleeve and are not easy to fall off; and one end of the rolling brush shaft is provided with a fixed shaft head, and the other end of the rolling brush shaft is provided with an outer spline shaft head which can move to automatically compensate position deviation of the bearing seat during lifting. Lifting oil cylinders are arranged at the two ends, and after bristles are abraded, overall lifting of the rolling brush device can be achieved.
