Construction method of prefabricated socket type joint pipeline
The invention provides a construction method of a prefabricated socket type joint pipeline. The method comprises the steps of cofferdam backflow and construction drainage: earth-rock cofferdam construction, buried pipe section drainage and open caisson drainage and precipitation are performed; steel sheet pile foundation pit supporting: a pile is aligned at a locking opening during pile inserting,a vibratory hammer is initiated, and the pile is sunken until the top of the pile is flush with the natural soil surface; earthwork: segmented and layered construction is conducted in sequence from top to bottom; concrete engineering: concrete is put into a mold for concrete spreading, and vibration is performed; steel bar engineering; pipe burying engineering: steel pipe burying and nodular castiron pipe burying are performed; deep cement stirring; pipe jacking engineering: the steps of survey setting-out and re-survey, construction of a working well and a receiving well, installation preparation of upper equipment and lower equipment of the working well, hoisting and descending of tool heads into the wells, debugging of a whole set of equipment, through-wall initial jacking and normaljacking are included; and electromechanical installation. Finally, the measure of injecting thixotropic slurry into the outer wall of a pipe is adopted in the jacking process of pipe jacking, so thatthe frictional resistance during jacking is reduced, the best resistance reduction effect is achieved by strictly controlling the concentration of bentonite in the construction process, a relay station is arranged in the jacking process, the whole section of pipeline is pushed in a segmented mode, and the main pushing jacking force is reduced.
本发明保护一种预制承插式接口管道施工方法,该方法围堰倒流及施工排水,包括采用土石围堰施工,埋管段排水和沉井排水及降水;钢板桩基坑支护,插桩时对准锁口,开启振动锤,进行沉桩,直至桩顶与自然土面平;土方工程,自上而下的顺序分段、分层施工;混凝土工程,利用砼入模作平仓,进行振捣;钢筋工程;埋管工程,包括钢管埋管和球墨铸铁管埋管;深层水泥搅拌;顶管工程,包括测量放样及复测,工作井、接收井施工,工作井上下设备安装准备,工具头吊装下井、全套设备调试,穿墙初始顶进、正常顶进;机电安装。最终在顶管顶进过程中采用管外壁注触变泥浆的措施从而降低顶进时的摩阻力,施工工程中严格控制膨润土的浓度来达到最好的减阻效果,在顶进过程中设置中继站,将整段管道分段推进,减少主推顶力。
