The invention relates to an underground space prefabricated integral structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a U-shaped first-section open caisson, an H-shaped standard section arranged at the upper part of the U-shaped first-section open caisson, and an angle brace device arranged inside the U-shaped first-section open caisson. The U-shaped first-section open caissoncomprises a plurality of U-shaped open caisson elements, iron blade feet, twisted steel joint bars, and horizontal connecting devices arranged inside the U-shaped open caisson elements, and vertical connecting reinforcing steel bars arranged at the tops of the U-shaped open caisson elements. Connecting steel bar grouting holes are formed in the top faces of the U-shaped open caisson components. The H-shaped standard section comprises H-shaped composite wall plates fixed to the tops of the U-shaped open caisson elements, steel bar trusses arranged inside the H-shaped composite wall plates, fixing connecting parts and telescopic fixing devices arranged at the tops of the H-shaped composite wall plates; and shear keys and shear grooves are formed in the side wall faces of the two ends of theH-shaped composite wall plates respectively.
