Independent heat dissipation system for hydraulic excavator and control method
The invention discloses an independent heat dissipation system for a hydraulic excavator and a control method. The system comprises a circulating oil path, wherein the circulating oil path comprises an oil suction filter, a heat dissipation variable pump, a safety valve and a return oil filter which are connected in sequence, and the oil suction filter and the return oil filter are connected withan oil tank; the system further comprises a controller, a system pressure sensor, a constant displacement motor and a variable displacement motor, the system pressure sensor is connected with the circulating oil path, and the constant displacement motor and the variable displacement motor are connected into the circulating oil path in parallel; the constant displacement motor is connected with a water cooling motor speed sensor and a water cooling fan, the water cooling fan is matched with a water radiator, and a water temperature sensor is installed on the water radiator; the variable displacement motor is connected with an oil cooling motor speed sensor and an oil cooling fan, and the oil cooling fan is matched with an oil radiator; and the controller is connected with an oil temperaturesensor, the system pressure sensor, the water cooling motor speed sensor, the water temperature sensor and the oil cooling motor speed sensor. According to the system, the water radiator and the oilradiator can work at respective optimal working temperatures under different fan speeds.
