The integrated energy-saving heat pump prefabricated pump station comprises a first pump station and a secondpump station which are arranged underground, and further comprises a solar cell panel, a first control cabinet, a second control cabinet and a heat pump unit which are arranged above the ground; the first pump station comprises a first tank body, and the outer side of the first tank body is fixedly wrapped with a heat preservation sleeve; the second pump station comprises a second tank body, a heat absorption pipeline spirally winds around the outer side of the second tank body, one end of the heat absorption pipeline is a water inlet, and the other end of the heat absorption pipeline is a water outlet; and the solar cell panel supplies power to the first control cabinet and the second control cabinet, and the input end of the heat pump unit is connected with an air conditioner water return pipe and a hot water return pipe. The integrated energy-saving heat pump prefabricated pump station is adopted, underground natural energy which is warm in winter and cool in summer can be utilized,a novel one-stop type device integrating refrigeration, heating and hot water is achieved, integrated and intelligent control and adjustment are adopted, and environmental protection and energy conservation are achieved.
