The invention discloses a method for assembling and connecting an ALC wallboard and a wood structure main body. The method comprises the ALC board, a wood structure, and nuts; a grouting layer and connecting parts are arranged between the ALC board and the wood structure; screw rods and lead screws are arranged inside the ALC board; and the nuts penetrate through the wood structure and the connecting parts and are connected with the screw rods. The assembling and connecting method includes the steps that S1, the ALC board is pretreated; S2, the connecting parts are installed on the ALC board;S3, clamping grooves for the clamping of the connecting parts are formed in the wood structure; S4, the screw rods and the lead screws are installed in the ALC board; S5, the ALC board is installed onthe wood structure, and the nuts penetrate through the wood structure and the connecting parts and are connected with the screw rods; and S6, the space between the ALC board and the wood structure isfilled with the grouting layer. According to the method for assembling and connecting the ALC wallboard and the wood structure main body, the connecting parts can be clamped inside the ALC reinforcing board and the wood structure, so that a good connecting and fixing effect is achieved, and multi-directional limiting can be achieved after the connecting parts are fixed through bolts.
