The invention provides a corridor transformation method for realizing flat-layer home entry by additionally arranging an elevator in an existing building. The method comprises the steps that a temporary support is additionally arranged on a middle platform; an outer wall of a corridor of the existing building is dismantled; a corridor structure is selected by utilizing an existing cross beam or ring beam or a cross beam is additionally arranged; a half stair flight and the middle platform are sequentially dismantled, and a horizontal corridor is arranged; one end of the horizontal corridor isconnected with a home-entry platform, and the other end of the horizontal corridor is connected with the cross beam and is sequentially connected with an elevator platform; the horizontal corridor andan elevator are combined to achieve flat-layer passage; the other half stair flight, the middle platform, the temporary support are sequentially dismantled, and a stair flight is arranged; one end ofthe stair flight is connected with the home-entry platform, and the other end of the stair flight is connected with a cross beam of the adjacent layer and sequentially connected with the elevator platform; and the stair passage of upper and lower floors is achieved, and after all assemblies are firmly fixed, a handrail is arranged. According to the method, the conditions of different corridors are fully considered, the purpose of additionally arranging the elevator to achieve flat-layer home entry is achieved, and no extra land is occupied; and the assembly type construction is adopted, so that the efficiency is high, the construction cost is saved, the influence on residents is small, and the construction process is safe.
本发明提供了一种既有建筑增设电梯实现平层入户的楼道改造方法,包括对中间平台增设临时支撑,对既有建筑楼道外墙进行拆除,利用既有横梁或圈梁或增设横梁,选择楼道结构,按顺序拆除半幅梯段、中间平台和安装水平连廊,水平连廊一端与入户平台连接,另一端与横梁连接并与电梯平台顺接,同电梯组合实现平层通行,按顺序拆除另半幅梯段、中间平台、临时支撑和安装梯段,梯段一端与入户平台连接,另一端与邻层横梁连接并与电梯平台顺接,实现上下楼层梯级通行,各组件固定牢靠后安装栏杆,该方法充分考虑不同楼道情况,达到增设电梯实现平层入户的目的,不额外占地,采用装配式施工效率高,节省造价,对住户影响小,施工过程安全。
