The invention discloses an anti-falling fastener for an electric power iron tower. The fastener comprises a first L-shaped plate and a second L-shaped plate, wherein the second L-shaped plate is always matched with the first L-shaped plate in parallel through an oblique line moving structure so as to fixedly clamp angle steel of the electric power iron tower; the oblique line moving structure comprises a locking mother plate fixedly installed at the top end of the first L-shaped plate, a locking daughter plate is embedded in the side, close to the angle steel, of the locking mother plate in asealed and sliding mode, and an adjusting locking structure used for controlling relative sliding and locking of the locking mother plate and the locking daughter plate is installed on the locking mother plate; and one end of a flexible lock plate is clamped to the bottom end of the second L-shaped plate through a first buckle, and the other end of the flexible lock plate is clamped to the bottomend of the second L-shaped plate through a second buckle. The first L-shaped plate and the second L-shaped plate always obliquely move in parallel, the thickness between the first L-shaped plate and the second L-shaped plate can be adjusted, the first L-shaped plate and the second L-shaped plate are directly clamped on the angle steel, punching of the angle steel is avoided, and the adjusting range is large.
