The invention discloses a multistage mechanical coded lock and a protection device thereof. The multistage mechanical coded lock comprises a lock body and a lock cylinder matched with the lock body. The lock body comprises a lock main body, an internally-arranged elastic piece, a first lock pin and a second lock pin. The lock body is provided with a lock groove, and the internally-arranged elasticpiece is arranged at the bottom of the lock groove. The lock cylinder comprises a lock cylinder body, a lock head, an unlocking reset piece and a movable unlocking ring. The side, facing the unlocking reset piece, of the lock head is provided with a first plane locking position and a first slope unlocking position. A first bevel position is formed between the first plane locking position and thefirst slope unlocking position. The side, facing the unlocking reset piece, of the movable unlocking ring is provided with a second plane locking position and a second slope unlocking position. A second bevel position is formed between the second plane locking position and the second slope unlocking position.
