According to the corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy door and window disclosed by the invention, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy door and window body can be improved through the titanium powder, the strontium powder and the cobalt powder; an alloy structure of the aluminum alloy door and window body can be improved through the rare earth elements, and the tolerance performance of the aluminum alloy door and window body under a high-temperature and high-corrosion environment can be improved; and the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy door and window body can be improved through the corrosion-resistant coating on the surface of the aluminum alloy door and window body.
