The invention discloses a non-contact intelligent throat swab acquisition workstation and a use method thereof. The non-contact intelligent throat swab acquisition workstation is composed of an intelligent terminal and a workstation main body; the intelligent terminal is composed of an electronic screen, an identity card sensor, a bar code printing device, a throat swab supply port and an infraredbody temperature monitoring device which are connected to the workstation; the workstation body is composed of a workstation frame, an out-of-station storage rack, a sample recovery port, a glove operation port, an induction type disinfection spray, an observation window, an out-of-station publicity electronic screen, a fresh air filtering system, a sealing door, a lighting window, an in-stationdisplay screen, an illumination lamp tube, a clock, a video monitor, an air conditioner and an in-station storage rack. By means of non-contact identity authentication, body temperature preliminary screening, self-service throat swab acquisition and storage, induction type spray disinfection and the like, no contact exists between a sampled person and other sampled persons in the whole throat swabsampling process, and possible cross infection between the sampled persons is avoided.
