The invention discloses an offshore garbage treatment device with the crude oil pollution detection function. The device comprises a shell, two lifting motor cavities are symmetrically formed in the front portion and the rear portion of the right end face of the shell, garbage collection mechanisms are arranged in the lifting motor cavities, each garbage collection mechanism comprises a lifting motor fixedly connected with the inner wall of the lower side of the corresponding lifting motor cavity, a lifting motor shaft is rotatably arranged on the upper end face of each lifting motor, and a rotating motor box is slidably arranged on the inner wall of each lifting motor cavity. According to the device, marine floating garbage can be automatically disposed, an ultrasonic instrument and a spectrograph can accurately identify the garbage and the position of crude oil pollution, an incinerator can dispose the garbage, generated hot air can generate electricity through fan blades, self-sufficiency of power supply of the device is achieved, a fan can distinguish incombustible garbage from incineration residues to facilitate recycling, a hydraulic rod can control buoys to be thrown in oneby one, and the buoys can provide accurate position information to achieve timely treatment.
