The invention discloses an environment-friendly concrete water reducing agent which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of 2-[tris (hydroxymethyl) methyl] amino] ethanesulfonic acid/9H-carbazole-1-yl boronic acid co-modified epoxidized illegal cooking oil, 3-6 parts of sulfonated hyperbranched polyethyleneimine, 1-3 parts of glycerol, 2-4 parts of an emulsifier and 30-45 parts of water. The invention also provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly concrete water reducing agent. The environment-friendly concrete water reducing agent provided by the invention is remarkable in water reducing effect, excellent in environment-friendly performance, free of negative influence on comprehensive performance of concrete, small in mixing amount and good inadaptability.
