Compound ash-doped concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of sulfur-fixing ash recycling, and discloses compound ash-doped concrete and a preparation method thereof. The composite ash-doped concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 50-70 parts of converter steel slag powder, 20-30 parts of composite ash, 130-150 parts of sandstone, 10-20parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a polycarboxylate slump retaining agent and water, wherein the weight ratio of the sulfur-fixing ash to the finely ground sulfur-fixing slag is 0.4-1:1; and the weight ratio of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer to the polycarboxylate slump retaining agent is 1: 0.5-1. According to the invention, the concrete is prepared by replacing fly ash withthe compound doped ash of the sulfur-fixing ash and the finely ground sulfur-fixing slag, so that not only is the pollution of solid waste emission to the environment greatly reduced, but also the prepared concrete has relatively strong compressive strength.
