The invention discloses a processing technology for microcrystalline jade. The processing technology comprises the following steps: selecting raw materials, namely mixing mineral raw materials accounting for 64-74% of the total weight of the raw materials and auxiliary chemical raw materials accounting for 26-36% of the total weight of the raw materials; preparing powder by using a ball mill and aspray tower; pressing the raw materials into a blank through a roller press; firing the blank through a biscuiting kiln; conducting glazing, glaze spraying and printing; drying a finished product; edging the finished product; cutting the finished product; and finally, storing and packaging the finished product. The microcrystalline jade is processed and formed by adopting the above process steps,multiple times of high-temperature firing and drying processing are adopted in the forming process, the phenomenon of raw material coagulation is avoided in the processing process, and the microcrystalline jade is uniform in overall texture, high in fineness and flatness, high in stability and high in product quality. The curing process of the jade is completed through multiple procedures, and anoverall structure is fine and precise. Meanwhile, the problems of low hardness, easiness in abrasion and radiation of natural stone are solved.
本发明公开一种微晶玉石加工工艺,其包括原料选择,原料由占总重量64%~74%的矿物原料和占比总重量的26%~36%的辅助化工原料混合组成;然后经过球磨机和喷雾塔进行粉料制作,采用辊压机进行压制成坯、采用素烧窑烧制砖坯,再经施釉,淋釉及印花操作,成品干燥、成品磨边、成品切割,最后将成品储存包装。该微晶玉石采用上述工艺步骤加工成型,其成型过程中采用了多次高温烧制及干燥加工,加工过程避免了原料凝结现象,玉石整体质地均匀,细腻度、平整度均较高,稳定性强,产品质量高。该玉石固化过程经过多道工序完成,整体结构细致精密。同时克服了天然石材的硬度低、易磨损、有辐射的问题。
