The invention discloses an observation light supplementing device for an ultrahigh-pressure biological culture cabin. The device comprises a culture cabin shell and a cabin cover, wherein a locking nut is connected to the lower portion of the cabin cover; a structural light-transmitting sheet group is arranged between the locking nut and the cabin cover; the structural light-transmitting sheet group comprises a quartz glass sheet, and an upper acrylic gasket and a lower acrylic gasket which are arranged on two sides of the quartz glass sheet; the cabin cover is provided with a stepped observation hole; the stepped observation hole is formed above the structural light-transmitting sheet group; and the cabin cover is provided with a plurality of light-transmitting holes in the circumferential direction of the stepped observation hole. According to the invention, the quartz glass sheet is arranged between the upper acrylic gasket and the lower acrylic gasket to form the structural light-transmitting sheet group of a sandwich structure, and the characteristics of quartz glass, stainless steel and acrylic materials are utilized to effectively solve the problem of combination of the glass and a metal window seat.
