The invention discloses a width-adjustable spiral material distributing and spreading mechanism which comprises a material distributing and spreading mechanism body used for spreading a solid binder during road construction, and the material distributing and spreading mechanism body mainly comprises a shell, a feeding bin arranged on the shell and a material distributing spiral mechanism arrangedin the shell. The feeding bin is arranged in the middle of the shell and communicates with an inner cavity of the shell, a feeding port is formed in the side, away from the shell, of the feeding bin,and a feeding door mechanism capable of controlling the feeding amount of a solid binder entering the shell is arranged at the joint of the feeding bin and the shell. A discharging opening is formed in the side wall of the side, away from the feeding bin, of the shell, and a discharging door mechanism capable of adjusting the discharging position of the solid binder is arranged on the dischargingopening; and the material distributing spiral mechanism is in transmission connection with a hydraulic motor arranged at the end part of one side of the shell and can rotate in the shell so as to realize full-width uniform discharging of the solid binder at the discharging opening.
