Height-difference-free construction method for asphalt surface layer at bridge expansion joint
The invention discloses a height-difference-free construction method for an asphalt surface layer at a bridge expansion joint. The method comprises the steps of 1, laying a concrete pavement layer; 2,burying a pre-buried steel plate in the concrete pavement layer; 3, elastically filling the top of the expansion joint; 4, laying an asphalt pavement layer: specifically, laying a first layer of asphalt, laying an N1th layer of asphalt, excavating a telescopic plate burying groove, marking a crawler wheel passing area, paving telescopic metal plate sections except crawler belt matching sections,and laying an Nth layer of asphalt; and 5, installing crawler belt matching sections. The expansion joint is improved and only comprises the pre-buried steel plate and the expansion metal plate, so that an existing anchor rod structure is canceled; an expansion joint placing groove does not need to be reserved during bottom concrete pavement, and the expansion metal plate adopts a paving process of firstly being rigid and then being flexible, so that an asphalt layer bridge deck and a top surface of the expansion joint have no height difference; the whole bridge deck is high in flatness, the driving comfort is improved, and the service life of the expansion joint is greatly prolonged.
本发明的一种桥梁伸缩缝处沥青面层无高差施工方法,包括步骤1、铺设混凝土铺装层;步骤2、在混凝土铺装层中埋设预埋钢板;步骤3、伸缩缝顶部弹性填充;步骤4、摊铺沥青铺装层:具体包括第一层沥青摊铺、第N‑1层沥青摊铺、开挖伸缩板埋设槽、标记履带轮经过区域、铺设除履带配合节段外的伸缩金属板节段、第N层沥青摊铺;步骤5、履带配合节段安装。本发明通过对伸缩缝进行改进,只包括上述预埋钢板和伸缩金属板,从而取消了现有的锚杆结构,故而在底部混凝土铺装时,无需预留伸缩缝放置槽,且伸缩金属板采用了先刚后柔的铺装工艺,从而使得沥青层桥面与伸缩缝顶面无高差,整个桥面平整度高,提高行驶舒适度,且大幅延长伸缩缝的使用寿命。
