The invention provides afabricated bracket mounting structure for cable bent tower cross beam construction and a prepressing method. Four finish rolling deformed steel bars and four pin rods are arranged at a bracket design mounting position on a cable bent tower, the finish rolling deformed steel bars and the pin rods penetrate through a bracket side plate, a brackets is fixed to a tower body through the finish rolling deformed steel bars, and supporting force is provided through the pin rods; welding construction is avoided during installation, the construction efficiency and safety are high, and tower body concrete entity and appearance quality control is facilitated; before the bracket is installed on the cable bent tower, a pre-pressing test is conducted on a test pier on the ground through a jack and a counter-force beam, the bracket is installed on the cable bent tower after being detected to be qualified, and tedious procedures and safety risks of high-altitude pre-pressing canbe avoided.
本发明提供一种用于索塔横梁施工的装配式牛腿安装结构及预压方法,索塔上在牛腿设计安装位置设有4根精轧螺纹钢和4根销棒,精轧螺纹钢和销棒牛腿均穿过牛腿侧板,牛腿通过精轧螺纹钢固定在塔身上,通过销棒提供支撑力,安装时无焊接施工,施工效率及安全性高,且有利于塔身混凝土实体及外观质量控制;牛腿在索塔上安装前,先在地面的试验墩上通过千斤顶和反力梁进行预压试验,检测合格后再安装到索塔上,可避免高空预压的繁琐工序和安全风险。
