The invention relates to a sound barrier. A preset angle is formed between a sound insulation part and a sound absorption part, the sound absorption part is located in the sound wave reflection direction of the sound insulation part, and the preset angle is smaller than 90 degrees. The invention also relates to a sound barrier assembly structure. At least two sound barriers are sequentially stacked between two installation stand columns in the height direction, and the two ends of each sound barrier are installed on the corresponding installation stand columns respectively. The invention further relates to a manufacturing method of the sound barrier. The method comprises the steps: preparing a monomer mixture of the sound insulation part in proportion, and enabling the monomer mixture to form a prepolymer, wherein the monomer mixture contains organic acid; adding an initiator and a functional aid into the prepolymer, conducting uniform mixing and defoaming, pouring a formed material into a mold, and presetting a reinforcing rib used for being integrally formed inside the sound insulation part in a cavity of the mold; and performing post-polymerization and demolding to obtain the sound insulation part. According to the sound barrier, the preset angle is formed between the sound insulation part and the sound absorption part, multi-dimensional dissipation can be conducted on noise, the noise reduction effect is good, noise reduction and lighting can be considered at the same time, and a good driving environment is created.
