Open dust self-adaptive dust suppression technology
The invention discloses a self-adaptive dust suppression technical method for places prone to dust generation and dust regeneration, such as soil and gravel transportation roads, under an open condition, and belongs to the field of environments. The method has the beneficial effects that dust suppression is automatically sensed according to dust conditions and occurrence conditions, dust suppression and dust starting are synchronous, spraying is automatic and intelligent, the water consumption is low, and the dust suppression efficiency is high. The method is suitable for dust suppression under disturbance of natural wind and external load on roads such as drought, soil and gravel and other places where dust is liable to generate and regenerate. The dust suppressant comprises (1) clear water and (2) a water-soluble dust suppressant component. Practice shows that after the dust suppressant is sprayed once (0.51.0 lit/m <2>), the effective dust suppression time is 1 d or longer, toxic and side effects are avoided, manpower, material and financial resource consumption of spraying is greatly reduced, the cost is low, and benefits are high.
本发明公开了一种用于开放条件下土质及碎石运输道路等易生尘、复生尘场地的自适应抑尘技术方法,属环境领域。本发明的有益效果是,根据粉尘状况及发生条件自动感应抑尘,抑尘与启尘同步,喷洒自动化、智能化,耗水量少,抑尘效率高。可适用于干旱、土质、碎石等道路及其他易生尘、复生尘等场所,在自然风及外界荷载扰动下的粉尘抑制。其抑尘剂为:(1)清水,(2)易溶于水的抑尘剂组分。实践表明,喷洒一次(0.5‑1.0lit/m2)抑尘剂后,抑尘有效时间为1d以上,无毒副作用,大大减少喷洒的人力、物力和财力消耗,成本低,效益高。
