By aiming at the geological characteristics of soft soil, a cement soil mixing pile mixed with a certain amount of quick lime is adopted, a road and parking lot foundation is reinforced according to the scheme of a powder mixing method, then backfilling is conducted, the cement soil mixing pile enters the soft soil and does not reach the bottom of the soft soil, the pile length is reduced, the pile body weight is increased, the formedpile can be buried in the soft soil, and the effect of improving the bearing capacity of the soft soil is achieved; and according to the reinforced structure finally formed through the method, on onehand, the use functions and attractiveness of roads and parking lots are guaranteed, differential settlement of the soft soil is reduced, and on the other hand, normal use and facility safety of allfacilities on the roads are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种道路及停车场软弱地基加固方法，包括施工前处理以及加固步骤。本发明针对软弱土的地质特点，采用掺入一定量生石灰的水泥土搅拌桩并按粉体搅拌法的方案，对道路及停车场地基分别进行加固，然后回填，水泥土搅拌桩进入软弱土且未至软弱土底部，本发明降低桩长并提高桩身重量，使成桩能够埋置于软弱土中，起到提升软土承载力的效果；按本发明方法最终形成的加固结构，一方面保障道路及停车场的使用功能及美观，减小软弱土不均匀沉降，另一方面保障道路上各设施正常使用和设施安全。
