The invention relates to a steel stand column deviation rectifying method in one-column one-pile construction. The method comprises the steps that a steel stand column is rectified in a guide pipe, afirst inclinometer is arranged on the steel stand column, a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction of the upper end of the steel stand column are connected with the upper end of a first jack which is vertically arranged, and the lower end of the first jack is connected with the upper end of the guide pipe; and according to reading of the inclinometer, the first jack is controlledto drive the steel stand column to achieve perpendicularity adjusting. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that in the construction process, due to the fact that the first inclinometer is additionally arranged to detect the inclination of the steel stand column, through the mathematic corresponding relation between the reading of the first inclinometer and the position of the steel pipe column, the specific deviation direction and deviation distance can be calculated and are accurate to 0.01 degree and 0.1 mm, the perpendicularity deviation can be further corrected by adjusting the inclination of the steel stand column through cooperation of the jack, the whole structure is simple and clear, and the efficiency of the construction process is controllable.
本发明涉及一柱一桩施工中的钢立柱纠偏方法,钢立柱于导向管内进行纠偏,在钢立柱上设置有第一测斜仪,钢立柱上端周向的多个位置与竖向设置的第一千斤顶的上端连接,第一千斤顶的下端与导向管的上端连接,根据第一测斜仪的读数,控制第一千斤顶带动钢立柱进行调垂,本发明同现有技术相比,在施工过程中,由于增加了第一测斜仪对于钢立柱斜度的检测,通过第一测斜仪读数与钢管柱位置存在数学对应关系,可计算得出具体偏差方向与偏差距离,精确到0.01°与0.1mm,通过千斤顶配合调整钢立柱的斜度,就可以进一步修正垂直度偏差,整个结构简单明了,施工过程效率可控。
