The invention discloses a deep foundation pit construction method for keeping underground water dynamically balanced. The deep foundation pit construction method comprises the following steps that a booster pump is provided, the inlet end of the booster pump is connected with a water pumping pipe, and the outlet end of the booster pump is connected with a recharge pipe; in the process of excavating earth and stone to form a foundation pit, a plurality of water collecting wells and a plurality of recharge wells are drilled and tapped in the adjacent region around the foundation pit, and the relative distance between the recharge wells and the foundation pit is larger than the relative distance between the water collecting wells and the foundation pit; and the water pumping pipe stretches into the water collecting wells, then the recharge pipe stretches into the recharge wells, and the underground water collected in the water collecting wells is recharged to the underground through the recharge wells till excavation construction of the foundation pit is finished. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the underground water gushing in the foundation pit excavation process is pumpedout in time, the pumped underground water is recharged to the region around the foundation pit in time, damage to the underground soil structure is reduced, the risk of sedimentation of the foundationpit and building facilities around the foundation pit is reduced, and the ecological environment is kept.
