Novel inspection well reinforcing method
The invention discloses a novel inspection well reinforcing method. The method comprises the steps of prefabricating a reinforced concrete wellhead, cutting a road around an inspection well, breakingan original bricked wellhead, hoisting the prefabricated reinforced concrete wellhead, removing a crack pouring concrete protruding part and impurities, and filling the broken road around the inspection well with cement stabilized macadam. By prefabricating the reinforced concrete wellhead, the reinforced concrete wellhead comprises a reinforcing plate and a well lid base, wherein the reinforcingplate is of a double-layer reinforcing mesh structure, and road surface fragmentation around a well edge is reduced; and the thickness of an asphalt concrete upper surface layer structure is ensured by integrally paving and rolling the pavement around the inspection well and the adjacent pavement. When an asphalt mixture is paved, a paver at an inspection well position is not influenced, the asphalt mixture and the framed pavement are integrally paved at one time and integrally rolled and formed, and good pavement integrity is achieved; and the reinforcing plate and the well lid base are integrally formed or integrally designed, so that the sinking risk of a well lid is reduced.
本发明公开了一种新型检查井加固方法,包括预制钢筋混凝土井口、切割井周边道路、破除原有砖砌井口、吊装预制钢筋混凝土井口、剔除灌缝混凝土凸出部分及杂物、检查井周围破除路面用水泥稳定碎石填充步骤;通过预制钢筋混凝土井口,钢筋混凝土井口包括加固板和井盖座,加固板为双层钢筋网结构,减少井边周围的路面碎裂;通过检查井周围路面与相邻路面整体摊铺碾压,保证其沥青混凝土上面层结构厚度。摊铺沥青混合料时在检查井位处摊铺机可不受其影响,与分幅的路面整体一次摊铺,与路面整体碾压成型,具有良好的路面整体性;通过加固板与井盖座一体成型或者一体设计,减少井盖下陷的风险。
