The invention is suitable for the technical field of underground diaphragm wall construction, and provides a double-wheel milling anti-clogging method for grooving of an underground diaphragm wall. The double-wheel milling anti-clogging method comprises the following steps: according to the position of a groove section, guide holes are formed at two ends and in the middle of the groove section byconstruction; a grooving device extends into the guide holes and grabs a soft soil layer above the groove section to form a groove; and a groove milling device stretches into the guide holes, and a rock stratum section below the groove section is subjected to groove milling. According to the method, underground diaphragm wall grooving is carried out by adopting a process of combining guiding, grabbing and milling, so that the problem of mud bonding of double-wheel milling in mudstone geology is solved, and the groove milling efficiency of double-wheel milling in mudstone is greatly improved.
