The invention provides a printed carpet washing wastewater recycling device and method. The printed carpet washing wastewater recycling device comprises a first water tank, a second water tank and a third water tank, a water inlet of the third water tank is connected with a water outlet of a carpet washing part of a printing machine, a water outlet of the third water tank is connected with a waterinlet of the first water tank through three first water pipes, a water outlet of the first water tank is connected with a water inlet of the second water tank through a second water pipe, and a waterinlet of the carpet washing part of the printing machine is connected with a water outlet of the second water tank through a water return pipe and connected with a tap water source through a tap water pipe; and a flocculant adding port is formed in the top of the first water tank and connected with a flocculant storage tank through a flocculant pipe, a residue liquid outlet is formed in the bottom of the first water tank, and a filter screen set is arranged in the second water tank. All control parts are organically combined, wastewater is utilized as much as possible, all flows can be testedand debugged, the wastewater utilization rate can reach 95% or above, and zero use of tap water is basically achieved.
本发明提供一种印花地毯洗毯废水再利用装置及方法,再利用装置包括第一水箱、第二水箱和第三水箱,第三水箱的进水口与印花机洗毯部的出水口连接,第三水箱的出水口通过三一水管与第一水箱的进水口相连,第一水箱的出水口通过一二水管与第二水箱的进水口相连,印花机洗毯部的进水口通过回水管与第二水箱的出水口相连,通过自来水管与自来水源相连;第一水箱的顶部设有絮凝剂加入口,絮凝剂加入口通过絮凝剂管与絮凝剂储存箱相连,第一水箱的底部设有渣液出水口,第二水箱内设有过滤网组。本发明中各个控制部分有机结合,尽量多地利用废水,可以对各个流量进行实验并调试,废水利用率可达95%以上,基本实现自来水的零使用。
