The invention discloses intelligent variable-frequency water supply device with a self-cleaning function and a method thereof. A plurality of groups of uniformly distributed supporting bottom feet arefixedly mounted at the bottom of an equipment underframe; a first water tank and a second water tank are fixedly mounted on the equipment underframe; the first water tank and the second water tank are cylindrical water tanks; the first water tank and the second water tank are connected through a connecting tank body; water tank covers are mounted at the upper ends of the first water tank and thesecond water tank; water inlet pipes are arranged on the water tank covers; the water inlet pipes penetrate through the water tank covers and communicate with the first water tank and the second watertank; the bottoms of the first water tank and the second water tank are connected with blow-off pipes; and blow-off valves are mounted on the blow-off pipes. According to the intelligent variable-frequency water supply device disclosed by the invention, cleaning brushes are arranged to clean the inner walls of the first water tank and the second water tank, so that the inner parts of the first water tank and the second water tank are effectively ensured to be clean, and the water quality of stored water is further improved; and meanwhile, the two water tanks are arranged to realize precipitation and filtration of the stored water, so that the water quality of supplied water is improved.
