The invention provides a water-volume-controllable automatic draining device. The automatic draining device comprises a sewer pipe orifice, an upper funnel and a leakage receiver, wherein the upper funnel comprises an outer flanging, a U-shaped part and a conical part, the U-shaped part is of a U-shaped cylindrical structure, the conical part is of a conical cylindrical structure, the bottom of the conical part is open, and the top of the U-shaped part is provided with the outer flanging. According to the water-volume-controllable automatic draining device, through the design of a return spring and a sealing rubber strip, the sealing rubber strip and the leakage receiver can be automatically opened to discharge sewage after the water volume of the leakage receiver reaches a certain weight,and then a valve port is closed due to rebound of the return spring and rebound of the leakage receiver to be in contact with the sealing rubber strip due to reduction of the water volume; and complete leakage-free sealing is achieved through the pressure of the spring and the sealing strip. According to the water-volume-controllable automatic draining device, in some specific environments, harmful substances are prevented from flowing back and being reversely discharged, and after a certain water volume is reached, the pressure is automatically released to discharge the sewage, so that the purposes of protecting the environment and personal safety are achieved.
