The invention discloses a high-rise automatic lifting scaffold device. The device comprises a scaffold fixing mechanism, a scaffold forward-moving mechanism, a scaffold transverse-moving mechanism anda scaffold lifting mechanism which are installed on a rack, and a mechanical set of the scaffold forward-moving mechanism transmits to drive a scaffold to move forwards to a working position. The working position is adjusted through transmission of a mechanical set in the scaffold transverse-moving mechanism, after the working position is determined, the scaffold is lifted through internal mechanical transmission operation of the lifting mechanism so as to work, and when the working height of the device is not enough, a scaffold fixing plate of the device can be installed on a lifting plate of the scaffold lifting device to increase the moving distance. The device can adapt to the working environment with higher height requirements.
