The invention discloses a safety protection plate for a pay-off hole of constructional engineering. The safety protection plate comprises an upper plate and a clamping assembly, wherein the upper plate is arranged on the clamping assembly, the clamping assembly is arranged on the side wall of the pay-off hole in a clamping mode, the clamping assembly has an adjusting function, a limiting assemblyis arranged between a first supporting block and a second supporting block, the first supporting block and the second supporting block on the two sides abut against the two ends of the pay-off hole, and the upper plate is hinged to any one first supporting block on one side through a rotating shaft. According to the safety protection plate, relative sliding between the adjacent first supporting block and the adjacent second supporting block is realized through a limiting rod, so that adaptive width adjustment is carried out according to the widths of different pay-off holes; and meanwhile, a rotating sleeve is rotated to further drive axial movement of screw rods on the two sides, the first supporting block and the second supporting block on the two sides abut against the two ends of the pay-off hole, so that relative fixation of the device is realized, and then effective protection of pay-off holes with different sizes can be realized; and the safety protection plate has a good application prospect.
