The invention provides a ventilating machine room and an assembling method thereof, and relates to the field of temporary facilities. The ventilating machine room comprises an outer plate, a reinforcing frame and a damping spring. The outer plate comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and a wall plate, the wall plate is arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, a containing space used for containing a ventilation unit is formed in the outer plate, the ventilation unit is connected with the bottom plate, and sound insulation materials are arranged on the wall plate and the top plate;the reinforcing frame is attached to the wall plate and the top plate; the damping spring is arranged between the bottom plate and the ventilation unit; and steel bar inserting cores are arranged at the edges of the bottom and the top of the wall plate, and steel sleeves matched with the steel bar inserting cores are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the steel bar inserting cores, of thetop plate and the bottom plate. The ventilating machine room provided by the invention is relatively good in structural strength and sound insulation effect.
