The invention relates to the related field of traffic management, and discloses a windproof rain-sheltering type mobile command set which comprises a command set body. A supporting cavity with a downward opening is formed in the command set body, a lifting gear cavity located at the upper side of the supporting cavity is formed in the command set body, and a driving wheel cavity located at the upper side of the lifting gear cavity is formed in the command set body; and a steering cavity located at the upper side of the driving wheel cavity is formed in the command set body. Vertical movement of a moving shaft is controlled through interaction force between magnets, forward and reverse rotation of a spline shaft is controlled accordingly, and lifting of a supporting body is achieved throughpower cooperation between a sliding block and a spring, so that on-duty personnel can be guaranteed to a certain extent in traffic flow, a more wide view is obtained, and traffic management and control are facilitated; and meanwhile, ladder lifting of isolation glass is controlled by utilizing power cooperation between a friction wheel and a shaft, and rapid building of the isolation glass is realized, so that a layer of protection is formed for the on-duty personnel, and the on-duty personnel can better handle a traffic relationship.
