The support comprises a lower shell, wherein a vertical supporting rod is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the lower shell, a rotation limiting device is arranged in the lower shell, the rotation limiting device comprises a limiting groove with an upward opening, a motor is fixedly arranged on the lower end wallof the limiting groove, a lifting rotating device is arranged in the vertical supporting rod, the lifting rotating device comprises a longitudinal sliding groove communicated with the limiting groove,and the upper side of the motor is in power connection with a power shaft extending upwards into the longitudinal sliding groove. According to the support, the power shaft can break away from the rotation limit while an electromagnet is energized, so as to increase the stability of the support when the electromagnet is not energized, meanwhile, the support can enable a monitoring facility on a cross rod to fall beside a ground road for maintenance, and a rope winding wheel automatically winds and collects an electric wire, so that the maintenance is convenient, the traffic is not influenced,and the safety is high.
