According to the household multi-control fire exit door, by arranging the drainage mechanism, accumulated water in a hospital can be drained out of the hospital in time through the interior of the door frame, so that the influence of the accumulated water in the hospital on normal access of personnel and the probability of bacterium breeding are reduced, and the health of the personnel is guaranteed while time and labor are saved; and the maintenance mechanism is controlled by an adjusting control system, the fire exit door body with rust marks and dust stains on the surface can be cleaned in time, meanwhile, the surface ofthe fire exit door body can be coated with flame-retardant paint, therefore safety of the fire exit door body is improved, and the service life of the fire exit door body is prolonged.
