Hand-pinch-preventing slow-descending extension ladder
The invention discloses a hand-pinch-preventing slow-descending extension ladder. Two ladder rods are arranged in parallel in the opposite vertical direction, wherein each ladder rod is composed of aplurality of sleeves, and an extension structure is formed between every two adjacent sleeves. According to the hand-pinch-preventing slow-descending extension ladder, a plastic cover plate is arranged at the bottom of each sleeve, and a bowl-shaped rubber sealing ring with a downward bowl-shaped bowl opening is arranged on each plastic cover plate; when the sleeves of the ladder rods move upwards, the bowl-shaped rubber sealing rings contract inwards, tiny gaps are generated between the bowl-shaped rubber sealing rings and the sleeves, and the ascending, upgrading and air returning effects are achieved; and during descending, the bowl openings of the bowl-shaped rubber sealing rings expand to be tightly attached to the sleeves, air in the sleeves can only be exhausted from exhaust holes,and therefore the slow-descending effect is achieved, fingers are prevented from being injured, and potential safety hazards are eliminated. The bowl-shaped rubber sealing rings can avoid inconsistency of out-of-roundness of aluminum profiles, and an aluminum profile drawing process can be omitted. A better sealing effect is achieved, the sealing faces of the bowl-shaped rubber sealing rings are large, safety and reliability are better achieved, and the failure rate is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种防手夹缓降伸缩梯,梯杆设有两根,相对竖向平行设置,梯杆是由多个套管组成,相邻的套管之间构成伸缩结构,该防手夹缓降伸缩梯,每节套管底部设有塑料盖板,并且塑料盖板上设有碗型碗口向下的碗型橡胶密封圈,梯杆的套管向上移动时,碗型橡胶密封圈往内收缩,与套管之间产生微小空隙,起到上升升级回气的作用,下降时,碗型橡胶密封圈的碗口涨开,与套管之间紧密贴合,使得套管内的空气只能从排气孔排出,从而起到缓降的作用,避免手指受伤,消除安全隐患。且碗型橡胶密封圈可以避开铝型材失圆度不一致性,可节省一道铝型材拉拔工艺。实现更好的密封效果,碗型橡胶密封圈密封面大更加安全可靠,大大降低了故障率。
