The invention relates to a ladder, in particular to a special telescopic ladder for an inspection well. Two concave corners (6) arranged at intervals are arranged on one side of an inner opening of awellhead ring (23), a protruding ring (5) is arranged on the outer edge of an upper opening of the wellhead ring, rotating shafts (9) at two ends of H-shaped sections (12) at the upper end of the telescopic ladder are inserted into rotating shaft holes (4) which are formed opposite to the two concave corners respectively, and a safety net (2) is fastened on the upper end surface of the wellhead ring; and the telescopic ladder comprises a plurality of H-shaped sections arranged at intervals from top to bottom, concave grooves, close to the lower portions of middle plates (10) at the two ends, of every two adjacent H-shaped sections are connected with the upper ends of upper connecting rods (14) respectively, the lower ends of the upper connecting rods are connected with the upper ends of lower connecting rods (16), and the lower ends of the lower connecting rods are connected into the concave grooves in the upper portions of the middle plates of the lower adjacent H-shaped sections. Fixing points of the telescopic ladder are formed through the concave corners of the wellhead rings, so that the telescopic ladder can conveniently enter the well for operation, and the safety net can protect a worker from being injured by foreign matters during operation.
