The invention discloses an interactive intelligent blind stick and a zebra crossing. The interactive intelligent blind stick comprises a supporting rod, a bent part, a handle part, a label reader, a processor and a voice broadcasting module, wherein one end of the supporting rod is in contact with the ground when the supporting rod is used; the bent part is arranged at one end, far away from the ground, of the supporting rod; the handle part is arranged at one end, far away from the supporting rod, of the bent part; the label reader is arranged on the supporting rod; the processor is electrically connected with the label reader and is used for calculating the distance and the direction of the supporting rod from a current blind brick to a next blind brick according to blind brick information and converting the distance and the direction into an audio control signal; the voice broadcasting module is electrically connected with the processor and is used for broadcasting the distance andthe direction of the supporting rod from the current blind brick to the next blind brick according to the audio control signal; and the distance and the direction of the supporting rod from the current blind brick to the next blind brick are broadcasted so that people with visual loss can know the distance and the direction from the current blind brick to the next blind brick, and furthermore, thepeople with the visual loss are guided and the people with the visual loss can smoothly pass through a traffic light intersection.
