The invention discloses a vertical conveying channel for multi-layer building construction waste. The vertical conveying channel for the multi-layer building construction waste comprises a vertical conveying channel assembly capable of rapidly conveying the building waste of each layer of a scaffold to a designated place on the ground; the vertical conveying channel assembly is vertically arrangedon the outer side of the scaffold and comprises a plurality of object throwing pipelines; the number of the object throwing pipelines corresponds to the number of layers of the scaffold; the object throwing pipelines are arranged on different building layers of the scaffold in a one-to-one correspondence mode; at least one main pipeline is arranged between every two vertically adjacent object throwing pipelines; and the main pipelines and the object throwing pipelines are in butt joint to form the vertical channel which is vertically arranged on the outer side of the scaffold. According to the vertical conveying channel for the multi-layer building construction waste, the construction waste can be vertically cleared and conveyed to the designated place on the ground, so that not only is the labor intensity reduced, but also the labor cost is reduced, and the conveying efficiency of the construction waste is improved.
