The invention discloses a method for preparing a PyC (Pyrolytic Carbon) interface coating by using ethanol as a single precursor. According to the method, higher chemical activity of alcohol substances and the action of hydroxyl in a gas-phase reaction are utilized, and pyC interface coatings with different texture forms, deposition rates and thicknesses are prepared by controlling five parameterlevels of temperature, total gas pressure, ethanol residence time, ethanol partial pressure and deposition time. By means of the technical scheme, the problems that in the process of preparing the PyCcoating on the surface of the SiC fiber, the deposition rate is low, the cost is high, and the texture form is not easy to control are solved, and meanwhile the PyC interface coating which is uniformand controllable in thickness and texture form is deposited on the surface of SiC fiber.
本发明公开了一种利用乙醇作为单一前驱体制备热解碳(Pyrolytic Carbon,PyC)界面涂层的方法,利用醇类物质较高的化学活性及羟基在气相反应中的作用,通过控制温度、气体总压、乙醇的滞留时间、乙醇分压、沉积时间五个参数水平来制备不同织构形态、沉积速率及厚度的PyC界面涂层。通过本发明的技术方案,解决了在制备SiC纤维表面PyC涂层过程中存在的沉积速率慢、成本高、织构形态不易控制等问题,同时实现在SiC纤维表面上沉积出均匀且厚度与织构形态可控的PyC界面涂层。
