The invention provides a high-temperature-resistant high-emissivity coating and a preparation method thereof. The high-temperature-resistant high-emissivity coating is of a double-layer structure andcomprises an inner coating and an outer coating, the inner coating is formed by coating a base body with inner-layer paint and then drying and sintering the base body, and the outer coating is formedby coating the inner coating with outer-layer paint and then drying and sintering the inner coating. Due to the gradient change of the contents of the components in the two coatings, the mismatching of coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) between the inner coating and the matrix as well as between the inner coating and the outer coating is reduced, and the effective service of the coatings at high temperature is ensured.
本发明提出一种耐高温高发射率涂层及其制备方法,采用双层结构,由内涂层和外涂层构成,内涂层由内层涂料涂敷在基体上经干燥烧结而成,外涂层由外层涂料涂敷在内涂层上经干燥烧结而成。本发明两层涂层中组分含量的梯度变化,减小内涂层与基体、内外涂层之间的热膨胀系数(CTE)的不匹配性,保证涂层在高温下的有效服役。
