A rectangular screen frame is laid on the base layer and located between the two kerbs, the rectangular screen frame comprises a bottom plate laid on the base layer and long side plates vertically arrangedon the edges of the two long side edges of the bottom plate, the long side plates abut against the side walls of the kerbs, and a plurality of partition plates evenly arranged in the length directionof the bottom plate at intervals are perpendicularly arranged on the bottom plate. The two ends of each partition plate are connected with the two long side plates respectively, and a containing groove allowing water seepage bricks to be laid is formed between every two adjacent partition plates.
