本发明公开了一种在既有桥梁上采用双导梁架桥机的钢箱梁安装方法,先对既有桥梁进行围挡封闭,破除桥面铺装层,拆除与新建桥梁下部结构冲突的既有桥梁上的结构,形成缺口;在缺口处开挖基坑,进行承台位桩基施工,再进行承台浇筑;浇筑完成后,进行立柱施工,立柱完工之后再在其上搭设盖梁支架体系,之后进行盖梁施工;然后在各个盖梁之间安装钢箱梁临时支架;临时支架搭设完工后,先在其上架设双导梁架桥机;由双导梁架桥机,将高架钢箱梁安装至临时支架上及盖梁上。本发明利用双导梁架桥机,在已建成的桥面上安装钢箱梁,施工简单,效率高,保证施工质量。
