The invention discloses a T-shaped rigid frame bridge reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof. An inclined partition plate with a chamfer c and a chamfer b at the top is additionally arranged between a chamfer at the lower part of a T-shaped main beam and a top plate; longitudinal beams distributed at intervals are arranged on the bottom face of the top plate between the chamfer cand the top of a middle partition plate. And a prestressed reinforcing steel bar penetrates through hole channels formed in the tops of the middle partition plate, the longitudinal beams and the inclined partition plate to be anchored on the chamfers b. During construction, feasibility analysis is conducted on the reinforcing structure firstly, and if feasibility is achieved, construction is conducted according to the following steps of preprocessing T-shaped main beam at the position of a main pier; hoisting a middle suspended beam and a side suspended beam by using hot-air balloons, removingexpansion joints between the T-shaped main beam and a middle suspended beam and between the T-shaped main beam and a side suspended beam, and partially unloading the bending moment of the T-shaped main beam at the pier; penetrating through a plastic corrugated pipe to form a duct; binding reinforcing steel bars and pouring concrete; allowing the prestressed reinforcing steel bar to penetrate through the plastic corrugated pipe and then performing tensioning and anchoring to form a reinforced structure; and lowering the middle suspended beam and the side suspended beam, and restoring the expansion joints between the T-shaped main beam and the middle suspended beam and between the T-shaped main beam and the side suspended beam. The bending moment of the T-shaped main beam can be reduced, the safety of the T-shaped main beam is improved, and cracks caused by large down-warping of the beam end of the T-shaped main beam and insufficient anti-bending bearing capacity of the top of the T-shaped main beam at the main pier position are prevented.
一种T形刚构桥加固结构及其施工方法,在T构主梁下部倒角与顶板之间加顶部有倒角c和倒角b的斜隔板;倒角c与中隔板顶部之间的顶板底面上有间隔分布的纵梁;预应力钢筋穿过设在中隔板、纵梁和斜隔板顶部中的孔道锚固于倒角b上。施工时先对采用该加固结构进行可行性分析,如可行则按步骤施工:对T构主梁位于主墩位置处进行预处理;用热气球吊起中挂梁及边挂梁,拆除T构主梁与中挂梁及边挂梁间的伸缩缝,对墩处T构主梁的弯矩进行部分卸载;穿塑料波纹管构成孔道;绑扎钢筋浇筑混凝土;将预应力钢筋穿过塑料波纹管后张拉锚固形成加固结构;下放中挂梁及边挂梁,恢复T构主梁与中挂梁及边挂梁间的伸缩缝。本发明可减小T构主梁的弯矩,提高T构主梁的安全性,防止T构主梁梁端下挠大和主墩位置处T构主梁顶部因抗弯承载能力不足出现裂缝。
