The invention provides a deep foundation treatment device and method. The device comprises a lifting device and a vibroflotation device, wherein the vibroflotation device comprises a vibroflotation rod, a vibroflotation device body, a high-pressure water pump and a sand pump; the lifting device is connected with the upper end of the vibroflotation rod through a sling assembly and used for controlling the vibroflotation rod to ascend and descend; the lower end of the vibroflotation rod is connected with the vibroflotation device body; a water pipeline and a suction pipeline are arranged in thevibroflotation rod; the vibroflotation device body is provided with a water inlet; the water inlet is connected with the high-pressure water pump through the water pipeline; the vibroflotation devicebody is provided with a plurality of suction holes communicating with one end of the suction pipeline; and the other end of the suction pipeline is connected with the sand pump. The deep foundation treatment device and method aim at overcoming the defects of an existing dredging and hydraulic reclamation foundation treatment method.
