FRP sleeve and steel pipe prefabricated type combined screw pile and pile forming method
The invention discloses a FRP sleeve and steel pipe prefabricated type combined screw pile and a pile forming method. The combined screw pile is formed by connecting and assembling a plurality of sections of pile bodies. Each section of pile body comprises a pile body pipe and a connecting plate which is arranged on the end part and is used for connecting the pile bodies; the pile body pipe comprises a steel pipe, a FRP pipe sleeves the steel pipe, and a polymer mortar accommodating cavity for pile forming is formed between the FRP pipe and the steel pipe; notches and connecting steel bars arearranged on the connecting plates; the two sections of pile bodies are connected through the notches by adopting pins, and spiral blades are fixed to the each section of pile body; and the combined screw pile is further provided with a torsion applying connector. The FRP sleeve and steel pipe prefabricated type combined screw pile has the advantages that light weight, high strength, good sealingperformance and good corrosion resistance of the FRP composite material can be fully utilized during prefabrication forming, field assembly and pile forming, the inside and the outside of the steel pipe are protected by polymers and concrete, the steel pipes are not prone to being corroded, and the steel pipes can be safely used in a high-salt corrosion environment; and pile forming operation is convenient.
本发明公开了一种FRP套管与钢管预制装配式组合螺旋桩及成桩方法,组合螺旋桩包括若干节桩体连接装配而成;每节桩体均包括桩身管材及设在端部用于桩体间连接的连接板;桩身管材包括钢管,在钢管外套有FRP管材,FRP管材和钢管之间设有成桩用聚合物砂浆容腔;连接板上设置槽口和连接钢筋;两段桩体之间的采用销子通过槽口连接,首节桩的桩身上固定有螺旋叶片;该组合螺旋桩还设有施扭连接器。本发明预制成型,现场组装,成桩时可以充分利用了FRP复合材料轻质高强,密封性好,耐腐蚀性好的特点,且钢管内外有聚合物及混凝土的双重保护,钢管不易腐蚀,可在高盐腐蚀环境下安全使用;且成桩操作方便。
