The invention particularly relates to an anti-cracking structure of an integral indoor heat-preservation and sound-insulation ground and a construction method of the anti-cracking structure. The anti-cracking structure is characterized by comprising a reinforced concrete floor (1), a cement mortar leveling layer (2), a heat-preservation plate or heat-preservation mortar (3), a fine aggregate concrete surface layer (4), a reinforcing mesh (5) and glass fiber gridding cloth (6). The construction method of the anti-cracking structure comprises the following steps that after the reinforced concrete floor (1) is cleaned, cement paste is brushed; the cement mortar leveling layer (2) is constructed on the surface of the cement paste; the heat-preservation plate (3) is laid and attached; the reinforcing mesh (5) is laid and attached; the fine aggregate concrete surface layer (4) is constructed; and the glass fiber gridding cloth (6) is smeared and pressed into the fine aggregate concrete surface layer (4), and surface galling is conducted. According to the construction method, the construction quality of the heat-preservation and sound-insulation ground is ensured, meanwhile, ground crackscan be effectively avoided, and thus later rework treatment is avoided.
本发明具体是一种整体式室内保温隔声地面的防开裂结构及其施工方法;其特征是:包括钢筋混凝土楼面(1)、水泥砂浆找平层(2)、保温板或保温砂浆(3)、细石混凝土面层(4)、钢筋网片(5)、玻纤网格布(6);所述防开裂结构的施工方法,包括下述步骤:对钢筋混凝土楼面(1)进行清理后,涂刷水泥浆一道;在水泥浆表面上进行水泥砂浆找平层(2)施工;铺贴保温板(3);铺贴钢筋网片(5);细石混凝土面层(4)施工;将玻纤网格布(6)抹压入细石混凝土面层(4)中,表面拉毛。本方法在保证保温隔声地面施工质量的同时,能有效避免地面裂缝的产生,进而避免后期的返工处理。
