The invention discloses an adjustable hinge structure which comprises a first hinge piece provided with a first connecting part, a second hinge piece and a mounting plate. Rotating shaft counter boresare formed in the two ends of the first connecting part; the second hinge piece is provided with two second connecting parts located at the two ends of the first connecting part respectively, and thesecond connecting parts are provided with rotating shafts inserted into the corresponding rotating shaft counter bores; a first distance adjusting mechanism capable of driving the first hinge piece to move up and down relative to the second hinge piece is arranged between at least one rotating shaft and the corresponding second connecting part; the mounting plate is connected with the first hingepiece, and a second distance adjusting mechanism capable of driving the mounting plate to move front and back relative to the first hinge piece is arranged between the mounting plate and the first hinge piece, wherein the mounting plate is connected with one of a door plate and a door frame, the second hinge piece is connected with the other one of the door plate and the door frame. The two-dimensional direction adjustment between the door plate and the door frame can be achieved through the adjustable hinge structure, and the adjustable hinge structure is simple in structure and beneficial to assembly and adjustment operation.
